We will then set up a time to chat so we can ask you a few questions about the property. After that, we will email you an offer within 24 hours. You simply need to sign the offer over email, and then we will handle the rest. After closing, the title company will send you a check for the amount on your offer.

No, there will be no costs to you as the seller. We will cover all costs associated with the sale, including any closing costs and title and escrow fees. You will receive the amount shown on your offer.

A title and escrow company is a third-party company that provides security in a real estate transaction for both the seller and the buyer. They hold the buyer’s purchase money and the sellers signed documents agreeing to sell the home. They then complete the transaction by issuing a check to the seller and registering the buyer as the new owner of the property.
